friendly staff quality food quick check-in
the staff were super friendly and helpful with quick check-in i loved the great atmosphere they created. the bar offered good quality food and drinks i recommend it. if i return i'd book here again for sure

the staff was friendly and helped with directions.
my room was not ready upon arrival, a cleaning lady was still working. waiting in the hallway wasnt great, also, there was no privacy on the balcony since it was shared with another room. more screening is needed.

The location was convenient. It allowed for easy exploration of the surrounding areas. The room featured modern amenities. It included a rainfall shower that I found particularly refreshing. The mezzanine offered a suitable workspace. I appreciated this .
The music in the lobby was loud during evenings. It made relaxing difficult. The toilet space lacked functionality. It was not user-friendly. I thought the rooftop was closed. It would have been nice if it was open.

kind staff good selection easy access refreshing escape
i found the hotel staff quite kind. breakfast offered a good selection. the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape after a day of exploring.
the lobby music was somewhat loud in the evenings, making quiet conversations a little difficult.

helpful staff central location easy convenience
the staff was helpful with local tips. i really liked how easy it was to walk everywhere, yet be away from the city center. i also appreciated the convenience.
the common areas are not ideal for socializing since they focus more on the restaurant.

the rooms were clean and spacious with really good sized lockers. eco-friendly hangers were available for clothing storage. comfortable beds featured privacy curtains. rainfall shower heads were installed in the ensuite bathrooms.

The location was excellent with many amenities within a few minutes walk. it had attractions and transport links nearby. The walk was short! the hotel is a bit removed from noise.

The staff were amazing and always helpful. They were willing to assist with any questions or requests i had, and they answered quickly. housekeeping kept everything clean. the reception staff provided useful information, though the instructions made the refund difficult.
